Vacancy in Federal Court as Judge to Take Senior Status
Leigh Newman was quoted in an article, "Vacancy in Federal Court as Judge to Take Senior Status," in The Connecticut Law Tribune. Newman is quoted on news that Judge Robert Chatigny of The U.S. District Court for Connecticut has decided to take senior status as of Jan. 1. Newman said she had the "privilege" of being one of Chatigny's earliest law clerks. "From the beginning he set a high standard for thoughtful analysis and a scholarly approach to the law, both for himself and those around him," Newman added.
