Day Pitney Enters 'Strategic Alliance' With Virginia Law Firm
The firm’s strategic alliance with FH+H, a Virginia law group, to provide expanded services and capabilities was profiled in the Hartford Business Journal. The alliance will bring together the strong points of each firm. For Day Pitney, it is its work with national and international corporations, high-net-worth individuals and family offices, in addition to the handling of bankruptcy and restructuring, cybersecurity, data protection and tax matters; and for FH+H, it is its experience in international transactions, trade compliance and government contracts, including work in the defense and security sectors.
