Day Pitney Completes Merger with Howland

The completion of the merger between Day Pitney and Howland Evangelista Kohlenberg was featured in Rhode Island Lawyers Weekly's article, "Day Pitney Completes Merger with Howland." Eight attorneys, including name partners Renée A.R. Evangelista and A. Max Kohlenberg, have joined Day Pitney's Individual Clients department, growing the department to nearly 80 attorneys.

Evangelista will be the managing partner of the Providence office.
