Gary S. Betensky Elected as Chair of the Palm Beach County Environmental Control Hearing Board

Florida Partner Gary S. Betensky has been elected by the board members of the Palm Beach County Environmental Control Hearing Board to serve as chair, effective immediately. Betensky has been serving as a board member since his appointment in 2020 by the Palm Beach County Board of County Commissioners.

The Board conducts public hearings into the merits of alleged environmental ordinance violations and to issue injunctive and affirmative relief and impose civil penalties for such violations.
