Massachusetts Legislature's Joint Committee on the Judiciary

Trusts and Estates Attorneys Joshua Caswell and Leiha Macauley testified on November 16 before the Massachusetts Legislature's Joint Committee on the Judiciary. Caswell testified on the Revised Uniform Fiduciary Access to Digital Assets Act (RUFADAA), in his capacity as co-chair of the Boston Bar Association's Trusts and Estates Legislative Subcommittee. Macauley testified on the Massachusetts Trust Decanting Act, in her capacity as a member of the Act's drafting committee.
