Connecticut Movers: Lateral Pickups at Big Firms - Shant Chalian Joins Day Pitney

Shant Chalian has joined Day Pitney as counsel in the firm's Investment Management and Private Funds practice, resident in the Stamford office. His arrival was featured in the Connecticut Law Tribune's Connecticut Movers column.

Chalian's overall practice is focused on fund formation, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and securities.
