Day Pitney Real Estate Partner Sandra Ferrera Closes Approx. $14M Portfolio Deal for Private Client
Day Pitney Miami-based Real Estate Partner Sandra Ferrera recently closed an approximately $14.4M real estate portfolio deal for a private client with 7-Eleven, as NNN Tenant. The portfolio includes two parcels of land in Miami, 6720 SW 56th Street (26,363 square feet) and 90 NW 167th Street (35,281 square feet). 7-Eleven is leasing both properties from the Buyer and is a triple net tenant; both parcels were built in 2022. Marcus & Millichap served as the real estate broker for the deal.
