Former Prosecutor and UNH Professor Speak on Latest Indictment
Day Pitney Attorney Stan Twardy was featured in NBC Connecticut News' coverage of former President Trump's most recent federal charges. Twardy, a former U.S. Attorney for the District of Connecticut, commented, "the conspiracy charges gives Smith a lot of leeway. They're ones that enable in the courtroom for prosecutors to just put more evidence and bring things in outside on a specific charge."
