Retired Conn. Chief Justice Discusses Career and New Role

Day Pitney Litigation Partner Richard A. Robinson was featured in a Law360 Pulse Q&A article titled, "Retired Conn. Chief Justice Discusses Career and New Role."

Robinson, who most recently was the Chief Justice of the Connecticut Supreme Court, discussed his legal career, and hot topic including AI, technology, and the importance of DEI programs in the legal system. He commented, "That's actually one of the reasons why I agreed to come here, because I saw that they were very serious about DEI efforts. The team here is excellent. For them to embrace this particular issue, as I've embraced it at the judicial branch, to have the opportunity to do that in the private sector was huge for me. It was something that I actually didn't think was possible."
