The article discusses the potential approval of the mixed-use project by German-based Whale & Star Wynwood in Miami's Wynwood Arts District, including 214-unit hotel, 87-unit condominium, and 11,000+ square feet of retail/restaurant space. The city's Urban Development Review Board unanimously recommended approval.
