Guests can park at the CT Financial Center Parking Garage (80 Elm Street), using the first lane marked Lane 2 to go to the visitor spots and park in any spot that is not reserved. Guests should take the nearest elevator to parking Level B (green), turn right out of the elevator lobby and follow signs to the KeyBank elevator and take that elevator to the lobby. Alternatively, guests can park at the Park New Haven Orange/Elm Lot (32 Elm Street) if the CT Financial Center Parking Garage is full. Guests should take a parking ticket at either location and present to our receptionist for validation.

In our building, guests should take the elevator to the lobby level and check in at the security desk there. Then, take the elevator to the 15th floor, where our office reception is located.
