Guests have several parking options:

Valet Parking: Available on Evernia Street.

Visitor Parking: Available in the building's parking garage on Evernia Street. You should pull a ticket when you enter the garage and park in any space marked Visitor (levels P2 or under). You should walk down the ramp to the Elevators marked Lobby Access / Visitor P2 (behind the "Tenant Access" elevator bank), and select Ground Floor which will take you to our building lobby.

On Street Parking: There is generally surface parking available on Evernia Street or Fern Street. You should use the Park Mobile app to pay.

Brightline Parking Garage: The Brightline Parking Garage is directly adjacent to the building. You should use the Park Mobile app to pay.

Once you arrive in the building lobby, you should check in with security. Security will provide you access to the 16th floor.
