Gonzalez, a partner and experienced advisor in labor and employment law, now leads the firm’s Employment and Labor business unit, bringing deep experience in labor and employee relations, workplace investigations, and regulatory matters. Waizer, a partner in the firm’s Corporate Department, has been appointed business unit leader of the Private Equity and Finance business unit, drawing on his extensive background in venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate strategy to support clients throughout the business lifecycle.
