Open Positions
Day Pitney is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to support the real estate practice. Successful candidate must be a self-starter and proactive team player who is able to work in a fast-paced environment. This candidate will have 3+ years' experience in this or a similar role and must be detail-oriented and possess strong organizational and communication skills.
The Conflicts Analyst supports the firm's risk management and new business intake functions by conducting thorough, accurate and timely conflict-of-interest searches including corporate affiliations research, prioritizing and reporting potential issues to requesting attorneys, and assisting with issue resolution.
The Information Resources Specialist is responsible for supporting the Firm's research and cite checking needs. The Information Resources Specialist handles multiple requests daily from attorneys and staff, supporting legal departments and administrative departments, including Business Development & Marketing and Finance.
Land Use and Development Consultant will support the Firm's Real Estate and Land Use Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in local land development processes within Miami-Dade County and experience navigating regulatory frameworks, zoning and development applications, and aligning client business objectives with local government policy objectives.
The Legal Assistant is responsible for managing, producing and processing administrative and client-specific information in a manner that ensures that Day Pitney successfully meets its business and client service objectives.
The Private Client Department (PCD) of Day Pitney LLP is seeking a full-time Senior Trust Administrator. The Senior Trust Administrator is responsible for a wide range of complex fiduciary administration functions in support of PCD partner trustees and clients, requiring an extensive knowledge of trusts, estate planning and administration, investments, and tax laws.
