Carly M. Clinton

Carly M. Clinton assists clients in a broad spectrum of land use and redevelopment matters, providing comprehensive representation to developers, investors, nonprofits, and institutional clients. She adeptly navigates municipal and county planning boards and zoning boards of adjustment on behalf of clients, securing essential land use approvals. Carly also represents redevelopers and works closely with municipal governments to designate areas in need of redevelopment, adoption of redevelopment plans, negotiation and execution of redevelopment agreements, and the entry of long-term and short-term tax agreements. In addition, Carly's experience extends to commercial real estate transactions, encompassing the acquisition and disposition of commercial properties.
