Overview
Daniel Dodge advises companies and individuals on transactional tax matters, including business sales, liquidations, acquisitions, reorganizations, debt and equity offerings, and business formations. He regularly counsels clients in federal, state, and international tax planning and compliance. In addition, he assists clients in the structuring and formation of business ventures, including private investment funds, qualified opportunity zone investments, and family offices.
While in law school, Daniel interned with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
