
Overview
Charles Gaglione advises clients with trademark, copyright, and technology matters. He assists clients in all stages of the trademark registration process, from trademark clearance searches to enforcing and protecting U.S. and global trademarks. Charles enforces the intellectual property rights of clients across several industries, including financial institutions, sports teams, and global fashion brands.
While in law school, Charles was a student associate with the University of Connecticut School of Law's Intellectual Property and Entrepreneurship Clinic, where he assisted small business owners with trademark and copyright applications. He was also an Executive Editor of the Connecticut Law Review and a member of the Connecticut Moot Court Board. Charles also served as President of the Arts, Entertainment, and Sports Law Association and Vice President of the Intellectual Property Law Association.
Before joining the firm, Charles completed a clerkship with the Connecticut Superior Court and an internship in the Chambers of the Honorable Omar A. Williams at the U.S. District Court of Connecticut. He also completed a course on Generative Artificial Intelligence from the University of California Berkley School of Law’s Executive Education program.
