Overview
Alex J. Harrington assists clients on fiduciary litigation matters, including the representation of individuals and professional fiduciaries in complex estate and trust matters and guardianship conservatorship proceedings. His practice focuses on probate, trust, and equity disputes.
His work requires extensive communication and understanding, and Alex gets to know clients and connects with them on a personal level to better tailor their goals to the needs of their cases. He is known for his timeliness and accessibility, two factors that are invaluable in the field of fiduciary law and litigation.
Outside of work, Alex resides in Beverly, Massachusetts with his wife and young son and is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Children's Center for Communication/Beverly School for the Deaf in Beverly.
