Overview
Erin Hodgson represents businesses and individuals in real estate litigation and commercial litigation matters. She advises and represents clients in matters involving real estate, land use, contracts, landlord/tenant disputes, and consumer protection in state and federal courts in New Jersey and New York. Erin's appellate experience includes drafting many appellate briefs in New Jersey and New York appellate courts.
Erin also represents clients seeking Final Restraining Orders on a pro bono basis through the Morris County Battered Women's Legal Advocacy Project. Erin serves as a co-chair of Day Pitney's Working Parents Group.
Erin was a Summer Associate with Day Pitney in 2017. She later clerked for the Honorable Walter F. Timpone, Associate Justice of the New Jersey Supreme Court.
