Maryann Lennon

Maryann Lennon represents businesses, nonprofit organizations and other entities in corporate matters, strategic and commercial transactions and regulatory compliance. She advises clients across industries, but has a particular focus in the healthcare, life sciences and technology sectors.

Maryann received hands on experience working with clients while working as a Student Intern and Fellow in the University of Miami School of Law Investor Rights Clinic. She was a summer associate at Day Pitney LLP in 2023.
