Overview

Taylor Spallanzani represents clients in commercial litigation matters. She assists businesses and individuals in disputes involving complex business issues, fiduciary and probate litigation, real estate litigation, and other civil litigation matters. Taylor supports litigation teams in evaluating claims, developing case strategy, preparing pleadings and motion papers, and advancing matters through discovery and resolution.

Taylor represents allegedly incapacitated persons in guardianship proceedings in New Jersey on a pro bono basis. Taylor was a judicial intern for the Honorable Magistrate Judge Michael A. Hammer at the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
