Overview
Sarah Thompson represents real estate developers, sellers, purchasers and borrowers in real estate and land use matters. In addition, Sarah represents commercial clients in the energy and utilities industries with the development and financing of renewable energy facilities. She assists clients throughout their licensing and permitting process for small and large scale development projects. Sarah handles transactional construction contracts, and negotiating and drafting construction-related contracts for a variety of projects.
Sarah served as a legal intern for the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Region 1, where she worked on Superfund sites. She was a Summer Associate at Day Pitney in 2022.
