Overview
Brianna Tibett represents clients in environmental, real estate and land use matters, including litigation and agency proceedings relating to such matters. She assists property and business owners, buyers, sellers, lenders, investors, and developers with their assessment of environmental considerations and related land use permitting. Brianna's experience encompasses regulatory compliance evaluation and transactional due diligence.
While in law school, Brianna clerked with the Office of Criminal Enforcement at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency in New York, NY, and also the Environmental Protection Bureau at the New York State Attorney General's Office. At the EPA, she worked on criminal environmental enforcement matters and, during her time at the EPB, she worked on civil environmental enforcement matters. Prior to joining Day Pitney, Brianna was in private practice on Long Island.
