
Overview
Elizabeth Yoo represents clients in a wide range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings, asset and stock sales, restructurings, joint ventures, and other strategic alliances. Elizabeth is also highly proficient in offering comprehensive corporate guidance to numerous businesses. Her experience extends to crafting and negotiating an array of commercial contracts, such as non-disclosure, restrictive covenant, escrow, operating, shareholders', consulting, and employment agreements.
Furthermore, Elizabeth provides invaluable counsel to institutional lenders, borrowers, and investors in a spectrum of commercial lending scenarios, encompassing asset-based loans, syndicated loans, construction financing, and real estate acquisition loans. Her experience in public finance is evident as she assumes roles as bond counsel and underwriter's counsel in transactions involving governmental entities.
Elizabeth is a Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law alumna, where she distinguished herself by participating in the esteemed Alexander Fellows program. During her academic journey, she had the privilege of serving as a full-time junior clerk under U.S. District Chief Judge Kimba M. Wood in the Southern District of New York, enhancing her practical legal insights.
