The attorneys in the Residential Real Estate practice group have lived and worked in their respective regions for decades. They know the prevailing customs and the issues most frequently encountered and use that knowledge to anticipate and overcome challenges and successfully complete real property transactions. The group has experience with condominiums and co-ops, as well as single-family homes. It also has extensive experience with analyzing construction and architect agreements. Our attorneys are regularly involved in some of the most significant property transfers in their particular counties and states.
