  • Served as principal Connecticut regulatory counsel to Comcast Cable Corporation and Comcast Phone of Connecticut since 1996, including for its mergers with AT&T Broadband and the Time Warner/Comcast/Adelphia transaction
  • Served as regulatory counsel to Charter Communications in New England
  • Served as regulatory counsel in Connecticut and Massachusetts to the New England Cable and Telecommunications Association Inc., a trade association that represents substantially all private cable operators in Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont
  • Served as regulatory counsel to the CTIA, the international association of the wireless communications industry for both wireless carriers and manufacturers, whose members include commercial mobile radio service providers and manufacturers, including cellular providers T-Mobile, Sprint, AT&T Mobility and Verizon Wireless, as well as providers and manufacturers of wireless data services and products
  • Represented Atlantic Broadband in its acquisition of MetroCast of Connecticut Inc.
