Day Pitney Real Estate and Environmental Attorneys to Speak at the Atlantic Builders Convention

New Jersey Attorneys Craig Gianetti, Drew Levinson, and Jessica Laird will be speaking at the Atlantic Builders Convention, taking place at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City from March 25-27. 

Craig Gianetti, Co-Chair of the firm's Real Estate, Environmental and Land Use practice will be participating on the "Affordable Housing Update" panel on March 27 to discuss A4 and its implementation, including updates on municipal fair share obligations and related challenges. Senior Associate Drew Levinson will be on the panel “Site Remediation” to discuss site remediation and the implementation of regulatory requirements under the Site Remediation Reform Act as well on March 27. On March 26, Associate Jessica Laird will speak on the panel “Legal Trends in Environmental Law”, providing insights on recent legislation, regulations, and court decisions impacting environmental issues.
