Ellen Knarr Discusses the the CD&A at NACD Connecticut Event

Ellen Knarr will be a panelist at a National Association of Corporate Directors - Connecticut event to be held April 11th in Greenwich, CT. The event is titled, "The 'New' CD&A -- Telling Your Story in an Age of Governance and Regulation." Panelists will discuss best practices, how to present compensation, the CD&A's evolution, and progressive disclosures.
