Energy Attorneys Discuss End of LNG Export Moratorium in <i>Law360</i>

An approval order issued by the Office of Fossil Energy, ending a moratorium on liquefied natural gas (LNG) export approvals, "clearly indicates that the DOE will not be backing down from its controversial position that it has the authority to revoke such authorizations in the future," write Joseph Fagan, Michael Stosser and Flossie Davis in the May 23 edition of Law360. In their article the attorneys address implications of the May 17 order for the LNG industry, and the background leading up to the policy change.
