A team of Day Pitney Family Office lawyers authored a white paper titled, "Key Considerations for Structuring and Operating Single Family Offices," with Angelo Robles, CEO of the Family Office Association. The white paper was published by the Family Office Association and discusses how to properly structure and operate a family office in order to protect a family's wealth and legacy while also establishing the framework through which family members can pursue their short- and long-term endeavors.
