Craig Gianetti and Nicole Magdziak co-authored an article, "An Update on Redevelopment and Pilots," published by Dimensions, a newsletter of the New Jersey Builders Association. In the article, Gianetti and Magdziak examine the recent court decisions, municipal action and proposed legislation involving redevelopment in New Jersey and the payments-in-lieu-of-taxes (PILOTs).
