Luke Pontier and Nicole Magdziak co-authored an article, "A Cautionary Tale of Orphan Signature Pages," published in the Fall 2019 issue of Dimensions, a newsletter of the New Jersey Builders Association. Using the Delaware Court of Chancery's decision in Kotler v. Shipman as an example, the article focuses on the importance of carefully documenting the progress of negotiations and confirming all parties agree on the final version of a document before signing.
