Partner Christopher Stracco Quoted in <i>Courier News</i>
Chris Stracco, partner in the Parsippany office, was quoted in the January 19 Courier News article "Developer sues Branchburg board over denial of shopping center plan." Chris represents 3331 Route 22 LLC, a developer that has filed suit against the Branchburg township board of adjustment, charging the "arbitrary, capricious and unreasonable" denial of an application to build a commercial development.
