Christopher Stracco Represents New Jersey Township in Contamination and Tax Disputes
Christopher Stracco is mentioned in the Bergen Record for his work representing the New Jersey township of Belleville in its dispute with the owners of a contaminated industrial site. Township officials held a conference notifying neighboring property owners of potential vapor intrusion of contaminants into their homes. Chris was present as legal counsel to Belleville in connection with that litigation, as well as in connection with accompanying property tax litigation involving the contaminated site.
