<i>New Jersey Law Journal</i> Reports on Day Pitney Win in Tax Exemption Case
Christopher Stracco and Jennifer Capone were mentioned in the February 21 New Jersey Law Journal article, "School Property Tax Exemption Need Not Comply With Municipal Zoning Ordinance." The article reported on a decision by the Appellate Division of the New Jersey Superior Court in Society of the Holy Child Jesus v. City of Summit, which reversed the Tax Court of New Jersey on an issue of first impression. Day Pitney was successful in securing a longstanding tax exemption on property owned by its client, Society of the Holy Child Jesus.
