Christopher Stracco is quoted in a November 5, 2012, NJBIZ article, "Law has industrial site owners on alert," that looks at the implications of a law passed this summer that sends environmental remediation tax refunds to the state rather than to property owners. Christopher notes that the law, which only applies to sites defined as underutilized or vacant, maybe result in some owners "having a much lower value" for their property.
