On December 5, 2012, Day Pitney Attorneys of Color (DPAC), a Day Pitney internal affinity group comprised of attorneys of color at the firm, held its 2012 Day Pitney DPAC Retreat in Stamford, Connecticut. In attendance were partners, counsel and associates of color from the firm's offices in Hartford, West Hartford and Stamford, CT; New York; Parsippany, NJ; and Washington, DC. The day started with an informal lunch and discussion with the firm's Director of Diversity followed by panel discussions featuring the firm's Executive Committee, Hiring Committee Chairs, Diversity Committee Chair, Chief Operating Officer/Chief Financial Officer and partners from various offices. The day ended with a dinner for all retreat participants and members of the firm's Diversity and Hiring Committees.
