Day Pitney Team Advises Titanium Industries in its Acquisition of Pierce-Spafford Metals

Day Pitney LLP represented Titanium Industries Inc. in its acquisition of RTI International Metals, Inc.'s subsidiary, Pierce-Spafford Metals Company, Inc., for approximately $12.5 million in cash. Pierce Spafford is a full-service stocking distributor of specialty metals serving customers in the aerospace, defense, oil & gas, power generation, and general industrial markets.

The deal team advising Titanium included partners Henry Nelson Massey, Colleen R. Donovan, counsel Thomas A. Zalewski and associates Joseph F. Morcos and Meghan McSkimming.
