
Overview
Thomas Zalewski, chair of the firm's Healthcare and Life Sciences practice, handles a wide range of strategic transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and strategic alliances, primarily in the life sciences, technology and energy industries.
Thomas also serves as outside general counsel to emerging and middle-market companies, where he handles a broad array of strategic and commercial matters, including licensing and other intellectual property-based transactions, equity and debt financings, restructurings, and commercial disputes, as well as executive employment and corporate governance matters.
Previously, Thomas served as a senior member of the legal team at Dendrite International, Inc. (now IMS Health), a publicly held provider of technology, sales and marketing solutions to the global life sciences industry, where he advised executive management in connection with some of the company’s highest profile initiatives.
Thomas helps clients grow and protect enterprise value by fostering close, long term client relationships that are based upon a deep understanding of their business, objectives and tolerance for risk.
