Craig Gianetti was quoted in an article, "N.J. Supreme Court to hear affordable housing arguments today," in the Star Ledger. The article discusses the state Supreme Court hearing being held on the Council on Affordable Housing's failure to adopt affordable housing regulations by the deadline set by the Supreme Court. Craig noted how COAH's failure to adopt regulations have inhibited development, with some towns being confused about their obligations and others choosing to do nothing. He noted that today's hearing "might be the beginning of providing some sort of roadmap on how to get projects done in those towns."
