Beth Sher was quoted in the article, "NJ Attys Say Discovery Rules Needed For Complex Litigation," in Law360. During a panel discussion at the NJ State Bar Association convention, Beth suggested that the New Jersey court rule for the scope of discovery should be based on proportional need and determining if the burden or expense of discovery outweighs the likely benefit, as the revised federal rules will require.
