Day Pitney Expands NJ Real Estate Practice with Addition of Jennifer Solberg

Parsippany, NJ May 2, 2016 - Day Pitney LLP announced today that Jennifer Solberg has rejoined Day Pitney’s Real Estate, Environmental & Land Use Practice as counsel in the Parsippany office.

"I am very happy to return to Day Pitney. The atmosphere at the firm always felt like home to me," said Solberg. "The land use and real estate transactional lawyers at the firm are doing innovative work and I am excited about the opportunity to be part of the team."

Solberg is returning to Day Pitney after practicing at Fox Rothschild LLP.  Solberg represents institutional investors, residential and commercial real estate developers and commercial landlords in a range of real estate matters including the acquisition, disposition, financing and leasing of office, multi-family, retail, industrial, golf course and development properties.

"We have been strategically recruiting and will continue to add top talent. We have doubled our attorney headcount in the New Jersey office's Real Estate practice over the past three years," said Michael Byrne, chair of Day Pitney’s Real Estate, Environmental & Land Use Practice. "We are thrilled to welcome Jen back to the firm. She is a real asset and a team player."

Solberg's arrival follows the addition of five Real Estate attorneys, Peter Wolfson, Doug Henshaw, Katharine Coffey, John DeSimone and Catherine Nolan in October of 2015.

Solberg earned her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Connecticut and her B.S., summa cum laude, from Boston University. She is admitted to practice in Connecticut, New York and New Jersey.
