BPDA Bids to Streamline Process of Developing City-Owned Land
Boston-based Commercial Real Estate Partner Jared Ross was quoted in The Boston Globe article, "BPDA Bids to Streamline Process of Developing City-Owned Land." Ross discussed the benefits of BPDA's establishment of using a close network of advisors to assist in analyzing bids and utilization issues for city-owned properties and advising with ground lease negotiations and affordable housing and small business programs.
Ross commented, "There's some institutional knowledge that is acquired when you are working on these issues, on a day-over-day basis. I think that's helpful."
