Day Pitney congratulates Foxfield LLC on its recent groundbreaking of the Lower Bucks Logistics Hub, a two-building, best-in-class, 814KSF development in Middletown Township, PA. Day Pitney is proud to have recently represented Foxfield and affiliates in the negotiation of the construction financing for the development. Prior to that, Day Pitney represented Foxfield and affiliates with the acquisition of the property and underlying corporate structuring, land loan, and equity raise.
