Overview
Juliana Campochiaro helps businesses with all aspects of litigation related to intellectual property across a number of industries. She also assists clients in litigation arising from commercial disputes, such as breach of contract. Juliana represents clients in disputes in federal courts, as well as proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB). Her TTAB experience includes representing and advising trademark owners in TTAB opposition and cancellation proceedings.
Juliana also advises clients on brand protection and trademark enforcement matters, assisting clients in enforcing their valuable intellectual property rights in the United States and other jurisdictions. She helps clients with all aspects of trademark enforcement, including monitoring and enforcement strategy; preparing cease-and-desist letters, and representing clients in litigation matters. Juliana also assists clients with online trademark enforcement, including preparing takedown notices and UDRP complaints.
