Overview

Amanda Gomez represents clients in all aspects of commercial and residential real estate transactions throughout the state of Florida. She assists with structuring, acquiring, financing, leasing, developing and disposing of real estate and has experience in shepherding these real estate transactions from drafting the initial agreements and documents to managing the closing of those transactions. Amanda also has experience in representing bank lenders, non-bank lenders, developers and borrowers in loan transactions.

Amanda was a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Alan Fine in the Circuit Criminal Division of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida, where she prepared for trials by drafting memoranda and briefs regarding cases and attended pre-trial hearing, jury selection and trials.

During law school, Amanda served as President of the Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Society. She served as Vice President of Communications of the Trial Team, and won the National Championship title at the Florida National Trial Advocacy Tournament.
