Overview

Lauren Moscato represents businesses and corporations in complex commercial litigation matters, defending them in tort and product liability disputes.

Prior to joining the firm, Lauren served as a law clerk to the Honorable José A. Suarez of the Connecticut Appellate Court. She was also a law clerk for the University of Connecticut Office of the General Counsel, where she conducted legal research in higher education, labor and employment, Title IV, Title IX and sports law. As a student intern at the University of Connecticut School of Law Child Advocacy Clinic, Lauren also assisted the attorneys at the Center for Children's Advocacy in their representation of children in child welfare and education matters.
