Overview
Kaitlyn "Katie" Sapp counsels individuals and families on all aspects of tax and estate planning. Her practice includes estate, gift and income tax planning, as well as planning for families with children with disabilities. Katie prepares full estate plans, including wills, revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, special needs trusts, advance directives and powers of attorney. She has experience assisting clients with trust and estate administration, while counseling families through probate and tax concerns. Katie also prepares estate and gift tax returns and handles guardianship matters.
