Overview

Adam Weisman assists business and corporate clients with trademark, copyright and advertising matters. He has advised clients on the management and organization of trademark portfolios, reviewed procurement contracts and sponsorship agreements, and conducted preliminary trademark clearance searches for prospective trademarks. He has experience in diverse industries, including sports (professional and Division I college), attractions and home goods.

In 2020, Adam was a legal extern with Day Pitney in the Intellectual Property and Technology practice group, assisting with trademark, copyright and advertising issues. At the University of New Hampshire School of Law, he was President of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society, where he also earned certificates in Sports Law, Entertainment Law and Intellectual Property. In undergrad, Adam was the Vice President of Recruitment for the Illinois Sports Business Association.
