Overview
Larry Zhao represents developers, real estate investment companies, banks, financial institutions, closely held corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships in connection with commercial real estate transactions and land use matters. He assists clients with the acquisition, financing, leasing, entitlement and disposition of commercial real estate assets across multiple asset classes.
Larry was a corporate compliance intern at a global healthcare company, where he reviewed commercial leases and participated in lease negotiations on behalf of local business units. He was also a judicial intern for the Honorable Michael A. Shipp at the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. Larry was a Summer Associate at the firm in 2021.
